- Improving patient experience in the community and the region
Accomplishments
The program has:
- Participated in process improvements for the laboratory and emergency department
- Provided input on ways to encourage communication between the care team and patient and families
- Reviewed options regarding transportation between Zeeland Hospital and other Corewell Health facilities
