Physician relations
The physician relations team serves as liaisons between Spectrum Health and the physician practices in our community. Through relationship management our priority is to help providers and their staff best care for their patients.
Our liaison team is able to:
- Connect you with Spectrum Health specialists for scope of care and potential referral management needs
- Provide information and education on new clinical programs and services
- Assist in the resolution of service-related issues
- Assist with relationship-building activities
- Assist with resolving referral, access or communication concerns
- Assist with connectivity tools to best equip referring providers with seamless communication for patient care. Possibilities:
